Community Manager

Tuque games is looking for a Community Manager who will be responsible to build, direct and manage a full-scale community initiative for our studio & games. The Community Manager will be the outward identity, voice & liaison of the studio to bridge all communication channels to fans, enthusiasts and partners. This includes day-to-day interactions with players in the game, on forums, and in-person at events, as well as creating and developing content for regular distribution throughout all of our channels.

  • Be the identity and voice for the studio and its games
  • Engage with the community on forums, social media, live-streams, podcasts, and outward facing events (conferences, showcases, booth management)
  • Become a trusted point of communication both internally and externally
  • Utilize techniques to support community-driven content and bring players together
  • Collect, organize and respond to community feedback
  • Develop techniques to build and leverage the network in the community "inner circle"
  • Work with the development team, publishers & partners to define a strategy/plan and execute it within the constraints of the timeline
  • Monitor & report on community activity, sentiment and progress towards key performance indicators
  • Create content (images, video, written) and distribute via all community channels
  • Research new outreach audiences, technologies & methodologies
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and video content creators to further amplify the coverage of our titles
  • Liaise with publishers, PR firms, promotional partners and other outreach services on marketing, public relations, social media, events, promotions, and licensing campaigns
  • Provide market research and insight

  • Working knowledge of Office suite, HTML, Premiere Pro and Photoshop
  • Experience with content calendars, video content, live streaming
  • Full-time role in the studio
  • Fluent in French and English
